📙 Terms of Service:

If any of the following gets violated, your license to the resource/template will be canceled and you will no longer receive support and may be banned from this server and or website.

• You must not open a dispute or ‘chargeback’ a payment with your payment processor, gateway or bank.
• You must not distribute the resource/template to any other person or organization.
• You must not claim the resource/template as your own work.
• You must not resell the resource/template without written permission from myself.
• I have the right to deny further updates/changes after the commission has been completed.
• Under no circumstances will I issue a refund, unless the resource/template is proven to be broken without being able to be fixed through a support ticket.
• If you have disputed or ‘chargebacked’ a payment on a custom commission, full ownership rights will immediately go back to me (Spaceley, from SpaceyDevs) and I will have the right to resell it.

The terms of service can change at any time, with or without further notice.
